About the Program
The Engineering Leadership Professional Program | Silicon Valley fully develops engineers’ innovative and entrepreneurial qualities and empowers them to apply these talents to a broader business environment. This in-person program meets for 22 sessions in Silicon Valley and is specifically developed for rising star engineers and technical managers who want to advance their careers.
The program recognizes the managerial and decision-making abilities experienced engineers have acquired and further enhances their skills to make a greater impact on the business, market, and competitive environments in which their companies operate. Each week features a new case/interactive session with a broad array of speakers highlighting leadership and mindset insights, while offering participants the opportunity to expand their innovation ecosystem.
In comparison to the ELPP-GL program, the in person program features weekly sessions with buffet dinner, four weeks additional instruction and an additional intra-corporate group project.
