About the Program
The Engineering Leadership Professional Program|Global, live online, fully develops engineers’ innovative and entrepreneurial qualities and empowers them to apply these talents to a broader business environment. The coursework takes place over 18 sessions live online and is specifically developed for rising star engineers and technical managers who want to advance their careers.
The program recognizes the managerial and decision-making abilities experienced engineers have acquired and further enhances their skills to make a greater impact on the business, market, and competitive environments in which their companies operate. Each week features a new case/interactive session with a broad array of speakers highlighting leadership and mindset insights while offering participants the opportunity to expand their innovation ecosystem.
In comparison to the ELPP-SV program, the online program is condensed over fewer weeks, offers the flexibility of online classes, and features a single group project and speakers, instructors, and a cohort from around the globe.
For optimal instruction experience cohorts are generally limited to 40 participants.
